1. Rights Granted

• Usage Rights: The Gilroy fonts come with a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, and non-transferrable license. This license allows you to use the fonts to create graphics, logos, and artwork for display on various media, including computer screens, television screens, paper, and other surfaces.
• Embedding and Linking: You have the right to embed or link the fonts in documents, subject to the specific rules outlined in the license.

2. Requirements and Restrictions

• Products: You may not use the fonts to create products consisting of individual letterforms for resale, such as rubber stamps or die-cut products. However, typographic products using common words or phrases are permitted.
• Dingbats and Illustrations: Illustrations or images in the fonts cannot be used as the primary design element in products for resale. For instance, a dingbat image cannot be the sole design feature on a coffee cup or t-shirt intended for sale.
• Users and Deployment: The fonts may be used simultaneously by no more than the number of users specified in the license agreement. Users must belong to the same company or household. The fonts can be installed on a server for licensed users, with the same user restrictions applying.
• Document Embedding: Documents embedding the fonts sent to third parties must be read-only. For internal use or third parties working on behalf of the licensee, the documents may be editable.

3. Provision to Third Parties

Fonts may be temporarily provided to graphic designers, printers, or independent contractors working on behalf of the licensee. These third parties must agree in writing to use the fonts solely for the licensee’s work and must not retain copies of the fonts after the work is completed.

4. Term

The license grants perpetual rights as outlined above unless terminated under the terms specified in the agreement.

5. Other Uses

Additional licenses for webfont embedding, desktop use, software applications, interactive books, mobile apps, ebooks, and other uses not covered by this agreement may be available. Contact the licensing provider for more information.

6. Modifications

You may not modify the font files or create derivative fonts without prior written consent. However, you can generate files necessary for embedding or linking as permitted by the license.

7. Copyright

The fonts are protected by copyright law. All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark rights, are owned exclusively by Radomir Tinkov. The licensee agrees not to infringe these rights or violate the terms of this agreement.

8. Termination

The license is effective until terminated. If the licensee fails to comply with any term, the license can be terminated with 30 days’ notice. The agreement will terminate automatically 30 days after such notice is issued.

9. Refunds and Disclaimer

A refund may be provided if:

• The font has not been used in any published or released work.
• No more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date.
• The font has been uninstalled and deleted from all computers.

The product is provided “as is,” with no warranties. The manufacturer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement, together with the invoice that accompanies each font, constitutes the entire agreement between the manufacturer and the licensee.

12. Modification

The parties may modify or amend this agreement in writing.

13. Waiver

The waiver of one breach or default does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
